Richard Wolper is a real estate developer and entrepreneur with significant expertise in gardening, eateries, and horizontal and vertical building for customers and his projects. He is perhaps best known as the CEO and co-founder of the Mark 25 Companies; he also owns Black Rock Concrete LLC. and Black Rock Trees LLC, a vast tree plantation in the Idaho panhandle that specializes in grown trees over 20 feet tall. He has collaborated with multinational companies such as Home Depot, Burton Lumber, and Walmart, creating projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars while liberally donating to various charity causes.

Wolper was born to a German-American household on June 15, 1966, in Warwick, Rhode Island. Wolper relocated to Utah as a teenager, where he developed an interest in the building. He started working toward his contractor's credentials shortly after finishing Alta High School, which now includes General Engineering E100, Landscape and Recreation S330, and General Building B100. Rich took on several big, lucrative projects early in his career, including the $22 million Rocky Mountain Raceway, an $8 million project called Fox Point in Draper, Utah, and a $3 million project in Riverton City, Utah.

Richard came to Park City because of his business energy and strong work ethic. The Sundance Film Festival is held in this famous tourist destination. Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, the Park City Museum, and the Alf Engen Ski Museum are all nationally recognized sites. Wolper's early successful projects in Park City include large-scale residential landscaping projects for high-net-worth clients, including many celebrities and well-known business leaders, and a $88 million Iroquois residential development site project that included excavation and the installation of a sewer, water, and storm drain system. Rich Wolper's hard work and substantial benefits to the Park City area's well-being won him numerous honors, including the Park City area's finest gardening company of the year.

In 2011, Richard Wolper established Mark 25 Development and Group of Companies, SLC. It was created to consolidate his twelve companies and works mainly on initiatives in the Park City, Utah region. Wolper has created three extremely effective multifamily units since its start. Black Rock Ridge, with 420 units, is believed to be valued at $250 million and has been one of the area's top-selling communities for several years. It is ideally situated next to beautiful private hiking paths. It provides an unrivaled view of the Wasatch Mountain Range and Deer Valley while only a short drive from Park City Main Street and its many conveniences. Black Rock Luxury Condos has all of the high-end hotel facilities, such as exquisite eating at the on-site Overlook Restaurant, a pool with views of nearby mountains, and a cutting-edge exercise facility. Despite its numerous selling factors, Black Rock Luxury Condos are an excellent choice for buyers seeking reasonable luxury in a handy location.

Another property, Residences at Blackstone, which provided 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom ski condominiums in Canyons Resort, was leased out. The building, conveniently situated in Canyons Village and near the Canyons golf course and Cabriolet Ski Gondola, provides excellent views of the Park City Mountain Resort and is perfect for anyone who loves year-round outdoor activities. Among Mark 25's most recent projects are Black Rock Mountain Resort, a $300 million development with over 200 units upon completion, an event center with an NHL regulation-sized hockey arena, and the ability to participate in the upcoming Salt Lake City/Park City Olympic bid for the 2030 or 2034 Winter Olympics. Black Rock Estates ("Wakara"), another upcoming development, will offer 133 single-family house sites and 48 condo sites with views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, the Uinta Mountains, Deer Valley, and Mt. Timpanogas. Wolper has also pioneered the development of Fiddlers Canyon Hills in Cedar City, including 331 townhomes and other multifamily living in the mountains along Fiddlers Canyon Road.

Rich Wolper loves his job so much that he calls it a hobby. However, it is not the only activity he loves. Wolper co-founded the Utah Outliers with Paul Taylor, a famous hockey coach with over 30 years of expertise, in 2016. This top Tier II junior hockey team attracts talented athletes from all over the globe. It not only allows them to participate, but it also allows them to use their talents to gain admission to excellent colleges and universities and pro hockey careers. Wolper, who loves giving back and assisting others, is proud to sponsor and manage the squad. He also supports the local Jewish Chabad, the Park City Disability Center, and other charitable organizations. When opportunity allows, he also loves golf.

Richard Wolper has progressed far from his modest origins. While he was born in the "Ocean State," he now calls the mountains of Utah home. Wolper's numerous business endeavors have expanded over the decades due to his hard work and sharp ability to select appropriate projects, allowing him to rise to the top of his field while also providing Park City residents and tourists with unrivaled living possibilities. At the same time, Wolper is humble about his many accomplishments and gives with his time and resources. His impact will undoubtedly benefit all he works with, whether they are youth hockey players, workers, vendors, business partners, or those who buy the houses and condominiums he has invested in planning and constructing.
